The Best Revenge
Murder, Mayhem and a Savage Battle of Wits
Retired architect and former felon Victor Harding wants nothing more than a quiet retirement. But Victor and his quirky family have made many enemies in their prior lives as con artists, thieves and fences. Now assorted victims―including yakuza gang lords, scam victims, burglary ring leaders, and Venezuelan drug cartels―are coming for them, all bent on exacting revenge.
As targets of prior cruel attacks from their enemies, the Harding family craves revenge of its own, aware that the best defense must be a strong offense. When the drama escalates in the Hardings’ peaceful lakeside community, Victor’s family assembles a colorful team of cops, crooks, security guards and professional assassins to fend off their enemies’ assaults. As the adversaries square off and danger lurks around every corner, everything comes down to one life-and-death question.
Who will get the best revenge?
